Guidance for running blended collaborative courses for UK academics

Step 1 : Identify topic

•UK and Chinese academics (supported by  Wolearn) negotiate appropriate seminar topics.

Step 2: Provide online content

•UK academics provide content and develop learning activities to meet the needs of Chinese students (supported by Wolearn), including their existing courses materials or MOOCs.

Step 3: Prepare for the seminars

• Chinese Students engage with online resources and activities (guided by their own teacher) and submit questions to UK academics in preparation for the seminars.

Step 4: Deliver Seminars

•UK academics deliver the online seminars to the Chinese learners responding to questions raised by students.
